Not an Average Boat House:
This boat house is a floating boat house. It has a galvanized steel truss frame. Dock Dr.’s custom built the dock, brought the foundation of the boat house to the location by barge and they anchored it into place with four caissons. The caissons allow the boat house to stay in one location, but move up and down with the water levels. The steel frame structure of the building is then built on top of the dock and then the rest of the wood structure is built. The boat house has brain storm siding to give it that Adirondack rustic style. Two boat slips and one dry slip, custom built doors, and a sound system. This is a recreational haven in the summer.

The Barn :
This building is called The Barn, but it is so much more. It is nestled in the woods on the side of a mountain. The garage/basement area has a three car, finished garage with laundry room and a half bath. The overhead doors are custom built to blend with the Adirondack style and charm of this retreat. Once you go upstairs you have a tree top view and all the amenities you need at your finger tips. This two bedroom hideaway has hardwood floors, custom built cabinetry throughout, soapstone counter tops, radiant in-floor heating and a built in Sonos system to work with your high tech toys. It even has a solar panel system to suppliment the electric usage. Endless Renewal: This gunite, infinity edge pool has a natural pond filtration systems. The pool was custom designed for the specific location, as it fits into the hillside of a wooded area. You can go for a swim and watch and listen for wildlife to stroll by. There is a blue stone patio surrounding the pool. Along with this amazing pool there is a custom built cabana with two private outside showers. The cabana is cedar shake with Douglas Fir interior. It has custom built cupola’s with copper accents. When you go to the pool it is like stepping into your own spa.

Boathouse Build Offsite :
Boathouse Built Offsite: High Peaks Builders pre-assembled this Boathouse off site. All cedar logs were coped, lumber was cut, everything was dry fitted and assembled in the shop. Once everything flawlessly fit into place, the boathouse was numbered, labeled, disassembled and moved to the site location. After everything was transported to the lakeside location the boathouse was reassembled using the numbering and labeling system you see in the photos.
