This home is a perfect example of High Peaks Builders, Inc. quality, style and workmanship. It incorporates beautiful timbers, modern touches with an Adirondack finish. It has western red cedar shingle siding, copper standing seam roofing combined with an EcoStar slate. There is a double-sided hand laid stone fire place, a modern open concept kitchen, dining room, great room and a large screened in porch. This is an Industrial Style home built in the heart of the Adirondacks, on a lot with amazing mountain views. This home has all the modern accessories you could want with an industrial flare. It has an open floor plan with vaulted wood ceilings in the great room. Custom walnut cabinets, distressed hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen, industrial lighting, and custom showers. In the great room it has a custom built fireplace. The siding is board and batten combined with rust wall Corten steel. This house has far too many unique features to mention them all, but I can’t leave out the garage. It too was built with the same industrial rustic style. The seamless, galvanized gutters and huge overhead doors make this garage a stand out.

This home is a farm house with a Timber Frame structure. The exterior finishes include cedar shake siding, Azek trim and standing seam metal roofing. Some of the amenities include custom built cabinets, custom trimmed Anderson windows and custom built bathrooms.
